Move your mind,not only money.
I have been thinking about such things from long ago. Whether everything is free hotel or what everything can not do free coffee shop. Users can always use any service for free. And when I think that "This space is awesome and I want you to keep it alive in the future" after using it, I will donate money (or anything else) in the form of donation.
